I found Big Chief on a Google search for diesel repair. I reached out to him and mentioned my issue with a dodge ram. He said no problem he would take a look at it and let me know the cost. He was very knowledgeable about diesels and was able to fix it within three days of dropping it off. I highly recommend him.

Big Chief truly is a life saver! I was in need of a diesel mechanic that could service my truck last minute while my driver was on his reset. I found Big Chief on google and due to his reviews I reached out immediately. He was very professional and set up an appt right away so as to not interrupt service for us! In trucking that’s like hitting Gold! … ran into a few more obstacles the next day and again Big Chief came through and got us back up and running (better than ever) in record timing. Without hesitation, I will have all my trucks in rotation for service with Big Chief moving forward! If you need a reliable, honest, knowledgeable & reasonable diesel mechanic…. He’s your guy!

THE BEST MECHANIC EVER!!!! Big Chief is a life saver. Timely service to get my box truck back on the road. This was by far my best experience with a mechanic. He explained what was needed and was very patient with teaching me things about the truck I needed to know. Heaven sent bro. Thank you 🙏

Excellent and extremely professional. Big Chief (Shannon) , keeps his word, is on time and has great communication. I contacted him off of Google. He not only inspected the truck I needed to purchase but also provided me with advice and guidance. he also gave me advice and took his time to answer all of my concerns. THANK YOU so much Big Chief! Highly recommend you get your vehicle inspected by BIG CHIEF before you purchase just for peace of mind. I will definitely be using him in the future for all my truck needs. Scammer alert. Job was to replace the valve cover gasket on my car since it was leaking oil. He cleaned all the oil off the engine cover and told me he replaced the gasket. It looked great to the naked eye. In the days after, it was still leaking oil so I had someone else who’s ASE certified take a look. After changing out the oil filter gasket, we could see there was still oil leaking from the valve cover gasket. I alerted Shannon about the issue and he said it could be because the cover is warped. My engine cover is metal and does not warp like plastic engine covers do. I had the other guy re-do the valve cover gasket replacement and we found that the nothing had been replaced! The valve cover gasket and the spark plug tube gaskets were the old, hardened, crumbling ones! Literally didn’t do any of the job then flat out lied when I told him it was still leaking. After I confirmed it was not a warped engine cover and that the gasket had not been replaced, I reach out again to Shannon for a refund and I haven’t heard back. Not holding my breath. I’m shocked by the dishonesty. Pictures to prove it. You can see the spark plug tube gaskets crumbling and the valve cover gasket is break
